CA42 Radial Tantalum Capacitor is a professional grade device manufactured with a flame retardant coating and featuring low leakage current and impedance, very small physical sizes and exceptional temperature stability. It is designed and conditioned to operate to +125°C (see page 2 for voltage derating above 85°C) and is available bulk and Ammo taped for auto insertion. The 6 sizes with wide capacitance and working voltage ranges means the CA42 series can accommodate lots of applications. CA42 is a perfect replacement of AVX TAP series (please refer to Topdiode cross guide). CA42 is designed for industrial use. Military radial tantalum capacitor is available on request.
CA45
CA45 Chip Tantalum Capacitor is a general purpose SMT chip tantalum series. CA45 can replace Kemet T491, AVX TAJ, and Vishay 293D Series.
